The Trash-O-Lympics is Pickens County’s semi-annual trash pick-up competition where you and a team can help us rid the county of unsightly garbage… and win cash, medals, and bragging rights!
Awards and Cash Prizes will be given for the top 3 teams based on weight & volume of trash collected.
All participants will receive a t-shirt and other fun swag.

How will it work?
Form a team of 4-6 players – Register your team (complete the form below).
At 9:30am on October 12, meet at your zone’s starting point to get your supplies & other materials.
Pick up as much trash as you can in two hours (10am-12pm).
At 12:00, head to the First Baptist Church of Jasper.
Join the Trashy Cavalcade to drive your trash from the church to the Pickens County Recycling Center.
Enjoy the Trash-O-Lympics Celebration!
Awards Ceremony at 2:00-ish.
Enjoy Food Trucks while we celebrate.
How can You participate in the Trash-O-Lympics?
Compete
Form a Team of Trashletes.
Teams consist of 4-6 people.
Friends, family, coworkers encouraged!
Trashletes must be over the age of 13.
Challenge
Challenge your friends and rivals to form their own team and spice up the competition!
