the CARES Giving Garden
As part of the 2024 Great American Cleanup, KPB partnered with CARES Food Ministry to install a Giving Garden to provide fresh fruits and vegetables to the families they serve.

This could not have been achieved without the support of Pickens County (mulch), Hall Brothers (soil), Home Depot (tools and other materials), and Watkins Lumber (discounted lumber), and of course all of the volunteers! Thank you to the KPB, CARES, and Timothy House volunteers. We made an amazing Team!
